The Prime Minister of Iraq expressed his condolences on the martyrdom of the Iranian President

TEHRAN (defapress) - The Prime Minister of Iraq, Mohammed Shia' Al-Sudani, by publishing a post on his account on X, said: "With great sadness, we received the news of the death of the Iranian president, the foreign minister of this country, and a group of his companions following the crash of the helicopter carrying them."

Al-Sudani added that we offer our deepest condolences to the Supreme Leader, the government, and the people of Iran following the incident that happened to the president of this country.

He further added that we declare our support to the nation of friends and brothers, Iran, and other officials of this country following the occurrence of this painful tragedy.
