The Chief of Staff of the Saudi Arabian Armed Forces will visit Iran
TEHRAN (Defapress) - General Fayyadh bin Hamad al-Ruwaili, Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Saudi Arabia, today visited Tehran and attended the General Staff of the Armed Forces and met and talked with Major General Mohammad Bagheri, the Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
Bilateral relations and defense relations will be among the axes of the conversation between the Chief of Staff of the Saudi Arabian Armed Forces and Major General Bagheri.
In December of last year, Major General Bagheri had a telephone conversation with Saudi Arabia Defense Minister Khalid bin Salman regarding regional developments, upgrading the level of defense cooperation between the armed forces of the 2 countries, and important issues in the Islamic world.
