High number of civilian casualties in Lebanon really concerned me

TEHRAN (Defapress) - The Secretary General of the United Nations, Antonio Guterres, reacted to the escalation of tension in southern Lebanon by the Zionist regime on Monday evening.

"We are very concerned about the escalation of conflicts in Lebanon and the high number of civilian victims", he said. 

The Ministry of Health of Lebanon stated this evening that 356 Lebanese were martyred and 1246 were injured as a result of the attacks of the Zionist regime on the southern and eastern regions of this country.
