TEHRAN (Defapress) - The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Iran, Seyyed Abbas Araghchi, in the first part of the "Damascus square" program, said: "I will stay in New York for a few more days than the president and will have more meetings with the foreign ministers of more countries. Our effort is to start a new round of negotiations regarding the nuclear issue."
He continued: We are ready for negotiations, and if the other side is ready for it, we can have a new start of negotiations during this trip. Messages have been exchanged and there is a declaration of public readiness, but the current international situation is such that the resumption of nuclear negotiations is more difficult and complicated than before.
