The Zionist regime seeks to create a balance in the north of Israel

TEHRAN (Defapress) - The director of the communications office of the Nujaba movement in Lebanon, Ala Hassan, during an interview with Defapress said regarding the extensive attacks of the Zionist regime on southern Lebanon: The goal of the Zionists in intensifying the attacks on southern Lebanon is to raise the cost of the support front and create a balance between the occupied territories in the north and southern Lebanon. It means that if the settlers of the occupied northern part of Palestine are not going to return to their homes, the people of southern Lebanon must also leave their cities and villages, so the Zionists claim that until the settlers do not return to the north of the occupied territories, life in southern Lebanon should not be maintained either.

"When the Zionist regime did not achieve its goals after the explosion of pagers and the assassination of the resistance commanders, it launched a massive bombardment of southern Lebanon", Ala Hassan said.

In response to the question of whether the assassination of the resistance commanders will create a disruption in the process of Hezbollah's leadership, the expert on West Asia issues said: No; the assassination of the commanders of the Islamic resistance does not have any effect on the command structure of Hezbollah, and the Lebanese resistance continues the process of fighting the Zionists with strength.

Continuing the terrorist act of the Zionists in the explosion of pagers, which led to the martyrdom and injury of thousands of Lebanese, he said: The most important goal that the Zionist regime pursued from the explosion of pagers was to eliminate the maximum number of Lebanese Hezbollah forces, so that it could be considered an achievement for itself.

Ala Hassan added that the second goal that the Zionists sought to achieve by exploding pagers was to force Lebanon's Hezbollah to withdraw from supporting oppressed Palestinian and reduce its attacks on the north of the occupied territories.

In the end, in respond to shouldn't the international community take a constructive action regarding this global threat, said: As you know, the pagers did not explode in military bases, but they also exploded in shopping centers, hospitals, etc. Therefore, while condemning this terrorist act of the Zionists, the international community must take a constructive action to prevent its repetition, because the explosion of pagers is not only a threat to Lebanon, but to the whole world.
